Cape Fox Professional Services has developed a customized Quality Control processes and procedures plan to validate the delivery of acceptable product and services. These processes and procedures are used to evaluate current artifacts to ensure their completeness and accuracy. We define and document quality measures for each product and service deliverable. These measures, coupled with a corresponding monitoring and review process, are used to continuously gauge the quality and acceptability of the deliverable.

Cape Fox Professional Services’ Quality Assurance methodology consists of Quality Planning, Performing Quality Assurance, and Performing Quality Control accomplished through a project review process that supports internal reviews, external reviews, and post-implementation reviews. The methodology ensures that quality standards are identified for project process areas and for the delivery of the product and services. It also incorporates a start to finish program life-cycle approach that relies on a continuous feedback and review process. Our QA methodology ensures all project processes and procedures have imbedded quality checks, quality audits are conducted to guarantee quality procedures are documented and followed, and that the product/deliverable quality is verified.
